Krystal Restaurants Career Center is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver WOW service. You will mentor Shift Leaders, coach crew members, and drive brand standards to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.

In this role you will manage daily operations, support local promotions, and help meet quality, service, and financial goals while maintaining a energy-filled, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and guest service skills.
