Job summary

Taco Bell, a franchisee of Taco Bell Corp, is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts and uphold Taco Bell standards in a fast-paced setting. You will solve problems with a smile, guide team members, and ensure inventory control and financial accountability while delivering safe, quality food in a friendly environment.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, be at least 18, pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager.
• Must be at least 18 years old; pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation; basic business math and analytical skills.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.; stand/walk for 80% of shift.
• Able to clean parking lot and restaurant surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems with a positive attitude and guide others as needed.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Commit to serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner and maintaining a safe work environment.
