Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Duluth club to drive membership sales, lead the front desk and sales teams, and ensure outstanding member experiences. The AGM will support the General Manager in delivering strong club performance while developing leadership skills for future advancement.

This role emphasizes daily sales execution, staff coaching, and seamless operations, with growth opportunities as the company expands its footprint across the region.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive membership and personal training sales through daily goals, lead management, and closing techniques.
• Team Coaching & Accountability: Train, motivate, and manage front desk and sales teams for high performance.
• Operations Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage.
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional service and handle inquiries or escalations with urgency.
• KPI Tracking & Action: Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies.
• Culture Builder: Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment reflecting Crunch's No Judgments philosophy.
• Growth Development: Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future GM role.
