Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at our Colorado locations. You will learn essential management skills, supervise staff, and ensure smooth service delivery across all shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and strong business judgment, offering exposure to fast-paced restaurant operations and brand standards. A path to grow into broader management responsibilities is available.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping people learn and grow the business.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• 2+ Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coach shift supervisors to ensure store performance.
• Perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging periods.
• Ensure policies and brand standards are followed and cash management is accurate.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with spot counts and checks.
