Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proven ability to drive results with strong business acumen.
• Ability to direct, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager by making key decisions and solving problems.
• Plan and manage staffing, shift scheduling, and people development.
• Onboard and train new team members while energizing and engaging the team.
• Assist with team performance to meet bakery-cafe goals and guest service standards.
• Partner with the GM to develop managers on processes and Panera values.
• Ensure guest delight with quality food, service, and team engagement.
• Build relationships to drive loyal guests and report to the management team.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, maintain safe workplace.
• Assist GM in managing costs and inventory; uphold culture of warmth and trust.
