Job summary

Taco Bell in Plainfield, Indiana is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and drive team performance. You will train, coach and recognize staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills for performance appraisals, training and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent to support the GM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations in the GM's absence and ensure brand standards.
• Coach and develop Team Members; provide feedback and performance appraisals.
• Assist with P&L management, inventory, cash control and labor planning.
• Support hiring, onboarding and ongoing training of staff.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
