Job summary

Grahamjobs is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a fast-paced quick service restaurant in Collinsville, VA. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead a large team, ensure an outstanding guest experience, and uphold high standards in food safety and operations.

The AGM will supervise 20–40 employees, drive performance, manage scheduling and costs, and step in when the GM is unavailable, aiming to improve sales and profitability while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience in quick service.
• Experience supervising 20–40 employees and coaching shift leaders.
• Strong knowledge of labor, food costs, inventory, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with overall operation and performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of 20-40 employees.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and service.
• Monitor KPIs: sales, labor, costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, food ordering, waste control, and cost management.
• Step in as acting General Manager when the GM is unavailable.
