Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant General Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditures.
• Oversee hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Maintain statistical and financial records.
• Set and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Recruit, train, and monitor staff.
• Plan work schedules for individuals and teams.
• Meet and greet customers.
• Address customer complaints and comments.
• Troubleshoot problems and ensure events run smoothly.
• Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure security is effective.
• Inspect property and services.
• Ensure licensing, health and safety compliance.
