As on-site leader, you will coach staff, drive KPIs, and collaborate with the GM on events, promotions, and initiatives, with growth opportunities within a vibrant family-entertainment brand.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to meet KPIs and guest expectations.
• Strong understanding of safety, cleanliness, and food-service operations.

Responsibilities
