Jared, a brand within Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store performance and coaching. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop talent, maintain a luxury-standard environment, and ensure consistent selling, service, and operational excellence.

You will drive the customer experience model, mentor associates on clienteling and follow-up, oversee training, and uphold inventory, compliance, and security standards while delivering memorable

Assistant General Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Daily Performance & Execution Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and operational consistency
• Reinforce key behaviors tied to conversion, appointments, clienteling, and follow-up
• Partner with leadership to execute visual standards, promotions, and operational priorities
• Maintain inventory, compliance, and security standards
• Lead the Customer Experience Model elevated service so customer client feels welcomed and guided
• Lead from the floor by coaching in real time and supporting meaningful customer interactions
• Reinforce appointment culture, follow-up behaviors, and relationship-building expectations
• Help create memorable experiences that build trust, loyalty, and confidence
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and within guidelines
• Coach & Develop Talent Deliver in-the-moment coaching and recognition that builds confidence and capability
• Support onboarding, training, and development of store team members
• Reinforce accountability, teamwork, and selling excellence

Your Work Schedule:

Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
