Qualifications

• Proven track record in hospitality management.
• Experience supervising large teams in a restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as Restaurant GM in the absence of the GM.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure SOP compliance (FOH/BOH/HACCP).
• Lead guest service excellence and uphold Harwood standards.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs while maintaining morale.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost controls for the unit.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of facilities.
