Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPIs.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members.
• Monitor staff performance to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Manage team member performance standards with ongoing development and coaching.
• Assist General Manager with scheduling and labor management.
• Supervise club asset management and maintain a clean facility.
