Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be computer proficient, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and encourages their involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client Programs, supplement purchases, and workout programs.
• Sell training sessions and execute an effective prospecting strategy.
• Monitor daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics.
• Conduct facility walk-throughs daily and supervise coach sales activities.
