Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR or retail environments.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building ability.
• Passion for excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness and speed.
• Basic business math and computer literacy.

• Monitor financial reports and take actions to improve results.
• Maintain facilities and equipment through preventative maintenance and checks.
