Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and food safety.
• Support in inventory control, food cost tracking, and loss prevention.
• Analyze P&L with GM guidance and monitor KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns.
• Assist across restaurant roles as needed.
