Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a franchise location in the United States. The role supports the Restaurant General Manager by leading shifts, ensuring Taco Bell standards, and guiding team members to deliver great food and service.

Responsibilities include running shifts, inventory control, financial accountability, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
• Inventory management and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
