KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurants in New York. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk through shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to ensure a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly to create memorable experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for a safe guest/employee environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges to keep service smooth.
