The Galley & The Adelphia Music Hall are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead daily restaurant and entertainment operations in Historic Marietta, Ohio.

We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who knows how to create an outstanding guest experience, develop a strong team, maintain high operating standards, and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced restaurant and live entertainment environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Hospitality Manager, or Front of House Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

• Assist the General Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and entertainment venue
• Lead and supervise front-of-house employees, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Train, coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance
• Assist with employee scheduling and daily staffing needs
• Work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure strong communication and smooth restaurant operations
• Monitor service during busy periods and take an active role in solving operational issues
• Handle customer concerns professionally and find solutions that protect the guest experience

• Help identify opportunities to improve sales, service, efficiency, and profitability
• Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep operations moving

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, hospitality, or entertainment environment
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house restaurant operations
• Serving and bartending experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Reliable, professional, and willing to lead by example
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Must be willing to be a hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team
