Domino's Pizza in Wilmington, NC seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of CSRs, delivery experts, and pizza makers. You will partner with the General Manager on staffing, training, and executing brand standards.

The role emphasizes high-energy leadership, excellent customer service, and operational excellence to ensure quality product, safety, and profitability.

Qualificações

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess reliable transportation with valid license/insurance.
• Effectively train and engage Team Members.
• Pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Experience with inventory control and labor cost management.
• Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules.
• Strong math skills for orders and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computer-based systems (e.g., POS, scheduling).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quality standards.

• Assist General Manager in marketing efforts.
