Domino’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Maryland to lead daily store operations, support recruitment and team training, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will drive sales, control costs, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the General Manager, with responsibility for recruiting, scheduling, mentoring Team Members, and maintaining brand compliance. A strong work ethic and a passion for excellence are essential.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to train and engage Team Members.
• Able to pass background check and motor vehicle report.
• Strong leadership in a fast‑paced store environment.
• Experience with inventory control and labor costs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Assist General Manager with recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide consistently high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster productive and professional Team Member relationships.
• Support store marketing efforts and community relations.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage inventory control and stock levels.
