Jersey Mike's Subs in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive sales growth. You will engage with guests, mentor team members, and uphold Jersey Mike's standards.

As an AGM, you’ll open and close the store, schedule and train staff, manage inventory, and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people while maintaining a clean, fast-paced, friendly environment that reflects our culture of giving and growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred
• Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean restaurant and environment.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Interface with guests to provide an exceptional experience.
• Lead and manage a crew of 3–7 people.
• Open and close the store and bake bread
• Create staff schedules and train employees
• Place inventory orders and ensure resources
• Fill in for the Manager when needed
• Participate in management meetings and planning
