Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and scheduling skills.
• Proven track record of delivering guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guest and employee safety.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
