Responsibilities

• Lead and support department heads across the hotel
• Build strong, positive relationships with your team through open communication and timely response to all items concerning their areas of supervision
• Help set goals, create action plans, and celebrate progress
• Monitor performance on a set schedule and report wins and challenges to the GM, assessing their effect on profitability and stability of hotel operations
• Keep our guests happy by ensuring a safe, high‑quality experience from check‑in to check‑out

Qualifications

• Previous management and guest service experience
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team‑first mindset – you love collaboration
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Physical ability to stay active during your shift (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs)
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred
• 3–5 years in hospitality preferred
• College degree a plus, but not required – we value experience and energy
