TCC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead daily service operations at our Baymeadows area location. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach automotive technicians and customer service associates, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading daily team huddles, managing inventory and order fulfillment, assisting with budgeting and forecasts, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Guest-first mindset and professional conduct.
