You will drive sales, manage costs, recruit top talent, and ensure guest and staff safety while delivering excellent service. The position offers bonuses and overtime eligibility, with pay up to $73,000 per year depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service (fast-casual preferred).
• Solid math and basic accounting skills.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to lead.
