A leading indoor adventure park company in Bee Cave, Texas, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide overall leadership and motivate staff in delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality and a passion for team development. The role involves scheduling, training, and maintaining operational standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a MUST (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants).
• 3+ years’ supervisory or management experience required.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred.
• Must be professional, energetic, self‑motivated, able to motivate others.
