Job summary

Bar Corallini in Madison, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. You will work with staff to set daily direction, help drive sales, control costs, and ensure high service standards.

About Position:

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall operations of the restaurant. The AGM works with all employees in setting the direction of the business day to day operations as well as plan to grow the business, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure proper training for the staff.
