Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Minnesota to lead daily restaurant operations both front and back of house. This role emphasizes a people-first culture with coaching, guest relations, and team development at the core.

The position offers a predictable schedule with two days off each week, paid time off, and a quarterly bonus plan, plus a 401K and comprehensive benefits. You will mentor staff and drive a positive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house).
