Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, including Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, in partnership with the General Manager.

You will drive guest-related metrics and engagement and ensure operations meet quality standards. You'll coach and develop your team with hands-on leadership, strong training skills, and a passion for delivering legendary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
