MRCO is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Taco Bell to support the Restaurant General Manager by running daily shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and guiding Team Members toward service excellence. You will solve problems with a positive attitude, communicate effectively, and model leadership on the floor.

The role emphasizes inventory control, P&L awareness, and safe, quality food service while maintaining a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy is expected.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
