Job summary

Convive Brands, with Le Pain Quotidien in Washington, DC, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in elevating guest experience, developing the team, and driving restaurant performance.

• Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Leadership experience in a comparable restaurant or hospitality concept.

• Experience with P&L, forecasting, inventory, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Share P&L accountability, driving profitability via accurate forecasting and proactive labor deployment.
