Job summary

Papa John's in Washington, DC is seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, ensure smooth daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to uphold food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and you will step up in the GM's absence.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with bi-weekly pay and daily tip payouts, plus opportunities for advancement.

As Assistant General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you'll step up and take charge of the restaurant.
