Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner in Vienna, VA seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, develop the TEAM, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth operations in the GM's absence.

The role requires 3+ years of hotel management, leadership in Front Office and Housekeeping, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with MS Office and HMS. Weekend/holiday flexibility is expected; salary range is $75,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience, preferably with a branded or luxury hotel.
• 3+ years of management experience in Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Proven leadership skills and a track record of strong guest satisfaction results.
• Strong financial and operational knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Hospitality management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and financial performance.
• Lead and develop the Front Office TEAM while supporting Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Identify solutions that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and the overall guest experience.
