Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at [Hotel Name] in [City, State]. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• - Assist the General Manager in the overall management of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
• - Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• - Oversee daily operations and address any issues or concerns that arise.

Guest Satisfaction:

• - Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and prompt resolution of guest complaints.
• - Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences.
• - Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

Financial Management:

• - Assist in the development and management of the hotel's budget, revenue forecasting, and expense control.
• - Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and control costs.
• - Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership:

• - Supervise and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.
• - Conduct regular meetings and trainings to ensure staff are well-equipped to perform their duties.
• - Provide support and guidance to staff, addressing performance issues as needed.

Sales and Marketing:

• - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and occupancy.
• - Participate in sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings as needed.

Safety and Compliance:

• - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.

Compensation & Financial Incentives

• Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year. Final salary placement is determined by experience, skills, and qualifications.
