Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000. Expected to work approximately 45 hours per week: 40 hours straight time and 5 hours overtime. This is a non-exempt position; pay varies with actual hours worked.

Support the Restaurant Manager by running great shifts, executing all restaurant administrative duties, and providing leadership in the absence of the Restaurant Manager to maintain day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing employees; conducting new hire orientation and developing training plans; scheduling and deploying the team; addressing performance issues; assisting in customer issue resolution; managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
