What you'll do

HAZA Foods of Northeast, LLC (franchisee of Wendy’s) is seeking Restaurant Assistant General Managers with 1+ year of AGM experience in fast food/restaurant concepts, to assist in managing daily operations of one of our very successful, high-volume fast-food restaurants. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused and goal oriented!

What we expect from you

1. Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
2. Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
3. Valid driver’s license in good standing & access to private transportation
4. Consent to background screening
5. High school diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law
6. Able to walk and stand for long periods
7. Able to lift up to 50 pounds
8. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused

Under the direction of the General Manager, the AGM is responsible for supporting the GM in managing the restaurant’s daily operations, including, but not limited to:

1. Overseeing restaurant’s daily operations
2. Maintaining day-to-day financial controls
3. Creating and managing staff schedules
4. Interviewing, hiring, training and orienting team
5. Overseeing coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
6. Exercising proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
7. Ensuring health and safety inspections and standards are met
8. Setting the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
