Job summary

Club Pilates in Torrance is hiring an Assistant General Manager to drive sales and member experiences. You will train Sales Associates, execute lead-generation strategies, and manage revenue streams from memberships, retail, and services.

You’ll coordinate staffing, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold studio policies in a fast-paced environment. The role demands strong English communication, reliability, and organizational skills, with a passion for fitness and guest service.

Qualifications

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive revenue through memberships, retail, private training, and enrollments.
• Highly organized with data management and deadline discipline.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Schedule prospects into introductory classes using a sales process.
• Grow membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Resolve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for studio retail/products.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Make high-level customer service decisions independently.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Keep the Pilates studio clean and organized.
• Enforce company policies and lead by example.
• Ensure forms, supplies, and studio literature are stocked.
• Schedule and participate in networking events and promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate studio leads.
• Adhere to all company policies, including at-will employment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.

• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Execute adherence to all company policies, including the policy of at-will employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
