Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy club, drive membership growth, and deliver on revenue targets. In-person role requiring strong leadership, coaching, and program execution to support daily operations and member satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, implement SOPs, and work cross-functionally with departments to ensure smooth club performance and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in managing a fitness facility.
• 1 year of fitness management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures and club policies.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve goals.
• Achieve desired sales goals and revenue targets.
• Promote company programs and promotions to generate new member leads.
• Coordinate with Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, IT support functions.
• Resolve member complaints promptly and tactfully following procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Achieve desired sales goals.
• Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.
• Achieve desired revenue goals through the leadership and motivation of employees.
• Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology.
• Support personnel related problems or difficulties by following club procedure and documentation.
• Resolve member complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner following club procedure and documentation.
