Job summary

CrunchFitness in Maryland is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver exceptional member experiences in a fast-growing club. You will lead daily operations, oversee sales initiatives, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management and sales experience, a passion for fitness, and a commitment to the company’s growth mindset. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fitness facility is preferred.
• 1 year management experience preferred.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• In-person work location and full-time role are required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of SOPs and policies for the club.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Achieve desired sales goals.
• Implement and promote programs to generate new member leads for growth.
• Achieve revenue goals through leadership of staff.
• Coordinate with Fitness, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, IT.
• Handle member issues following club procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.

• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

• Achieve desired sales goals.

• Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.

• Achieve desired revenue goals through the leadership and motivation of employees.

• Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology.

• Support personnel related problems or difficulties by following club procedure and documentation.

• Resolve member complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner following club procedure and documentation.
