Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of SOPs and club policies.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the club team.
• Achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Implement programs to generate new membership leads.
• Lead the team toward revenue targets through effective leadership.
• Coordinate with Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and IT.
• Address personnel issues per club procedures.
• Resolve member complaints promptly and tactfully.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.

• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

• Achieve desired sales goals.

• Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.

• Achieve desired revenue goals through the leadership and motivation of employees.

• Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology.

• Support personnel related problems or difficulties by following club procedure and documentation.

• Resolve member complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner following club procedure and documentation.
