Responsibilities
  1. Oversee hotel operations to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests and a productive workplace for associates. Observe guest experiences and staff interactions, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
  2. Build and foster a motivated, engaging front office team. Lead by example, empower staff, and coach throughout their employment lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with Sales to develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  4. Monitor operational and financial performance, participate in budgeting, forecast staffing and supply needs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  5. Act as Manager on Duty when required.
Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent experience, with two to three years in a related hotel position, including supervisory experience. Proficiency in verbal and written English; second language helpful. Ability to handle cash/credit transactions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Knowledge of office equipment and switchboard operation.
