About The Assistant General Manager Role

Your goal as an Assistant General Manager is to support the General Manager's vision of excellence that is team-focused and innovative. This role involves creating genuine connections, maintaining a positive work environment, delegating daily restaurant functions, and exceeding financial goals.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience or 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Internal candidates must be in good standing for at least 1 year without performance issues. Education and experience will both be considered.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
  • ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications required.
Salary

$65,000 to $70,000 base plus 20% bonus potential
