Job summary

Trulieve, Sanford, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations and supervising staff. You will drive service standards, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

With a focus on coaching, training, and teamwork, you will help achieve sales goals while maintaining brand standards and controllable expenses. This is a demanding role requiring flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, and follow safety procedures.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the GM and other leaders to ensure changes are communicated to employees.
• Coach, train, and develop the team focused on service standards and accountability to meet objectives.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet the needs of the business.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

ROLESUMMARY

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
