The Assistant General Manager supports daily kitchen and café operations by ensuring food quality, food safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment. This role helps recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members while overseeing inventory, scheduling, cost controls, and compliance with company standards.
