Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. You will work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement and satisfaction.

You will focus on training, coaching and developing your team while maintaining high standards of safety, service, and quality. This role offers advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to deliver legendary experiences.
• Lead training and development of the team to ensure top performance and guest satisfaction.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
