Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Prattville, AL, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive top performance and guest engagement, and you will coach your team to deliver consistent, legendary guest experiences. Ideal candidates bring restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience and a solid grasp of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and safe alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.
• Lead training and development initiatives to continually improve team performance.

YOU GOT THIS
