Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Reno, Nevada. This role supports the General Manager by overseeing staff, inventory management, and customer relations, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of sales goals.
The candidate will help schedule shifts, train staff on POS and inventory systems, and maintain compliance while delivering excellent service to customers and patients.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting in managing all personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and act as the “manager-on-duty” in absence of the General Manager.
This role is expected to spend 25% of their time focused on inventory related activities and are held responsible for engaging in the activity of and maintaining accurate records for inventory.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Able to stand up to 90% of the time. Specific hearing abilities required by this job include hearing in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus.
