Essential Functions:

• Lead store operations, including merchandising, workflows, sanitation, and customer experience.
• Develop systems for operational excellence in cash management, food safety, inventory, and employee performance.
• Support HR functions: training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention.
• Assist Manager with scheduling and staffing while managing budgets.
• Ensure POS systems run smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide performance reports for management.
• Act as the brand advocate, sharing the company's vision and products with consumers and employees.
