Confidential in Florida is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily retail operations, including team leadership, inventory accuracy, customer service, sales performance, scheduling, and compliance.

The role mentors staff, maintains records, oversees orders and deliveries, and serves as on-duty manager when GM is unavailable; you will help hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional shopper experience.

Responsibilities

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in the overall operation of a retail facility, including team leadership, inventory management, customer service, sales performance, scheduling, and daily operations. This position serves as the manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager and plays an important role in maintaining operational standards, compliance, and a positive customer and employee experience.

Approximately 25% of this role will be dedicated to inventory-related activities, including inventory management, tracking, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Physical and Mental Demands
