Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize performance at our North Carolina location.

This role offers top pay up to $65K on day one, a robust benefits package (M/D/V/STD/401K), and a 5-day workweek with Fri/Sat/Sun shifts. A drive-thru background and hands-on leadership are essential.

Three weeks of paid time off in year one, and a strong bonus potential based on sales growth provide further incentives.

• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground

Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk!
